The products in this online store are sold by Mae-mae Comics, Business ID: 3458601-1.
Customers placing orders must be at least 18 years old.
We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
In these terms, “we” refers to Mae-mae Comics. Mae-mae Comics operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services. By visiting, interacting with, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, do not use our services.
Ordering
Products are ordered by adding them to the shopping cart. The customer confirms the order and accepts the delivery terms, product prices, shipping costs, and the use of customer information for the purpose of processing the order. After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email showing the ordered products, product prices including applicable taxes, and shipping costs.
Mae-mae Comics reserves the right to cancel an order if the customer’s order information is incomplete. In the event of any issues, the customer should primarily contact Mae-mae Comics by email.
Delivery Terms
Orders are processed within 1–7 business days, and depending on the delivery method, the delivery time is approximately 2–30 business days from dispatch. However, please note that shipments abroad may take longer.
Please note that failing to collect a parcel does not constitute cancellation of the order. Any costs incurred for reshipping an unclaimed parcel will be charged to the customer.
We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
Shipping costs are determined by the total weight and size of the products ordered.
The shipping charges displayed in the online store are based on the pricing of third-party transportation service providers. We reserve the right to review and modify shipping fees if the prices charged by these service providers change.
Returns
Customers of the online store have a 14-day right of return and exchange in accordance with consumer protection legislation. During this period, customers may cancel all or part of their order.
Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the costs associated with returning the products.
In the case of a return, the refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original order (for example, not by bank transfer).

Order Cancellation, Incorrect or Damaged Products
An order may be cancelled by sending an email before the order has been dispatched.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us as soon as possible after receiving the item, and no later than 14 days after delivery.
Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized payment institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website where the payment was made.
